  • Person to be contacted in case of an emergency when parents cannot be reached.

  • In case of an emergency, I (we) authorize the school to take whatever medical measures they deem necessary for my child in the event of a medical emergency. If a parent or emergency contact cannot be reached, the family physician will be contacted.

  • Part 4: Tuition Agreement

  • The following document is your Hebrew School tuition agreement.

    Tuition is $860.00 for the school year and includes a $50 book fee, a $20 Hebrew School Friday Night Dinner Fee and a $20 Annual Purim Dinner Fee. 

    Full payment (credit card info or postdated checks if choosing payment option 2 or 3) must be submitted to the school office before any child will be permitted to attend classes. 

    Refunds for children withdrawing from school before the end of the school year will be granted provided that the school office is given 30 days written notice. Tuition refunds will not be granted to children withdrawing from school after April 1 st .

    A limited number of scholarships are available upon request. No child will be turned away for lack of funds.

Sept. 10th 2017 is first day of sessions.  

"Bring a New Family” Incentive:  You can receive a $50 discount on their tuition for every new family that enrolls in Chabad Hebrew School through your referral.
